HIDROAN  was established in 1998 in Ankara and began its activities in 200 m2 area. Our company, presenting primarily engineering services in the direction of demands of the national industry,  has renewed itself constantly in parallel with developing technology  and is continuing its activities in its field  with firm steps with 138 employees, 3 branch offices, and sub-dealers.

Our factory, put into sector service as of March 2011, was  established on an area of ​​8000 m2, has 5100 m2 closed area for production. In our factory approximately 100 staff are employed and mainly  Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Power Units, Hydraulic Control Blocks are being  manufactured.

HIDROAN is providing project designing,  sales and after sales support services  to the companies active in Industrial and Mobile Hydraulics.

In our project office, constituted  within the scope of the studies for projects, project works are being carried out by our experienced engineers, expert in their subjects and all kinds of engineering services are being provided. Our company established at Ankara Sincan 1.Organized Industrial Zone within 5000m² indoor area manufactures carriage and transfer belt conveyors’ spare parts (with/without bands) like Rollers (Carrier, Impact, Return, Flat and Tapered polyamide, Locked/One Way Turn, Helix Disc Cleaning, Cone Polyamide Head orientation/Self Centralising, Guide, Rubber Coated, Garland); Drums (Drive, Tail, Tension and Deflection, Elevator, Rod Cleaning, with Ceramic or Rubber Coated); Clamps, Roller Installation Stations, Station/Trapeze, Bearing Housing, Rubber Discs (Impact, Return, Helix, Flat), Brushers, Belt Sweeper, Bucket and Chain, Scrapers. It performs since 1997 when our company was established for sales of such products to mining companies, thermal power plants, factories such as cement, sugar and fertilizer as well as to quarries, stone crushing facilities, engineering companies with increasing quality. Manufacturing is being performed according to projects of customers, and sold in domestic and international market by providing serial production according to DIN 22107-22112 Norm standards, and according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001, IEP 13 ATEX 0158X Quality standards. Akdas Casting Ind.  Trade Co. carries out its production in two foundries, three machining factories and a welding shop in Sincan Organized Industrial Zone of Ankara. The total land area of the facilities is 110.000 m2 with a closed area of 55.000m2.

The annual production is around 35.000 tones. Akdas is mainly serving to Automotive, Cement, Construction Mining, Energy, Food, Iron and Steel, Marine and Ship Building industries.

​Akdas exports more than 80% of its production to major OEMs in Europe, USA and South Africa. 

Together with 80 tones of VD/VOD capacity, the total liquid metal capacity is 240 tones with the capability of various alloys. Its production range run the gamut from carbon, manganese, and alloy steels to grey and nodular iron.
